olive oil

olive oilWhen dirt, dead skin cells, and other toxins clog pores, oil gets trapped beneath the skin, causing bacterial infections that result in acne breakouts on the face, neck, chest, and back. Acne is caused by hormonal imbalances, poor diet, poor hygiene, and other factors. Most of us will have to deal with it at some point in our lives, but that doesn’t make breakouts or the scars they leave behind any less embarrassing.

Fortunately, you don’t have to look much farther than your own kitchen for a natural, affordable, effective way to reduce the appearance of stubborn acne scars. Instead of spending money on expensive creams, try olive oil for acne scars! We’re about to tell you how to use it and how it works. Let’s get started.
