  4. Hello all,
I am a first timer here with very frequent hair fall and greying hair. I would like to share my experiences here. I am not going to mention any brand names of the medicines I have tried or still trying.
I was taking tablets that had shark cartilage as the main ingredient for 1 year. Yes It did promise hair growth and I saw very few tiny hairs not more than 3mm that used to fall after a drying my hair after a shower. But I stopped that and started taking this incredible curry leaf porridge/soup( 50 GM packets containing curry leaf, ginger, garlic all in powder form), A Sri Lankan product sold in shops here in Australia). 15 grams of this powder + a cup of hot water, taken 5 days a week. Started using it for the past 1.5 months and since last week, I can see significant amount of tiny hair .5cm to 1cm in length all over the washbasin after a drying my hair after a shower! My advice is just buy authentic curry powder from a shop or even better grind it at home and take 15 to 20 grams in hot water. The botanical name of the product I use is given as Murraya Koenigie.
