  1. The best part of these herbal treatments is there is no side effects, though the results are achieved only by undaunting and unwavering continuous regime of skin care on daily basis. NEVER GIVE UP! Results are observed after following the strict regime for consecutive two months. It has to be a routine as we have breakfast, lunch etc.

  2. To maintain a flawless light skin in African country, which cream or oil is the best cos all creams here have these chemicals u mentioned

    1. Instead of using chemicals based creams, try the routine mentioned in this article – http://wellness.guide/skin-lightening/. However, remember that any natural remedy doesn’t alter the basic skin texture. It only helps to remove the discoloration, tan and damage caused by external factors.

  3. So what if I’m a swimmer, and swim 2-3 times per week. Its very sunny now where I live and I burn easily, even after just an hour in and around the pool. I did try a turmeric-honey-milk mask which really helped after one use, but I was interested in the benefits of using yogurt too, so I came across this page online.

Do you have any kind of suggestions for someone who has to repeatedly swim every week? I get burnt/tanned even if I try my hardest not to with sunblock, covering up with clothing when I can and staying in shade. Thanks
